Ian is originally from West Vancouver and has lived in many different parts of Vancouver over the years. He knows Vancouver very well and appreciates its great diversity, natural beauty, and ever changing face.
Ian graduated from the University of Victoria with a double major in Urban Geography and Anthropology. His focus included internal structures of cities, architecture, and land use planning. A career in real estate seemed a natural fit. Finding a home that matches the personality, needs, and desires of a buyer is a challenge he enjoys.
Ian also worked for the Scotiabank at the head office in Vancouver where he gained knowledge of lending products and services. Providing mortgage information and contacts to his clients helps to make the buying/selling process as smooth and stress free as possible.

Brad was born in Vancouver but spend most of his first fifteen years in Bolivia where he learned to speak English and Spanish simultaneously. His family returned to Vancouver in 1989, and later I graduated from the University of Victoria with an English major. He is also a certified electrician.
Brad joined the RE/Max Clara Hartree team after years in home construction. He’s worked with several high-end builders on the North shore and I know what could be behind the walls of your next home. He can offer advice on renovation possibilities that will maximize your investment.
